| CAMPAIGN MAGAZINE NAMES MAXIM AS ONE OF THE 10 MOST INFLUENTIAL INTERNATIONAL MEDIA BRANDS |

New York, NY (January 13, 2004) - Maxim magazine has been named as one of the 10 Most Influential International Media Brands by the British advertising publication Campaign.
Maxim is the largest men's lifestyle magazine in the nation and the world, with 21 international editions launched in 33 countries in less than eight years. Maxim has a growing international readership of over 17 million. In addition to the U.S. version, the other global editions can be bought in the United Kingdom, Holland, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Germany, Russia, Korea, the Czech Republic, the Ukraine and the Hispanic Americas. With a guaranteed rate base of 2.5 million issues in the U.S., Maxim is the largest men's lifestyle magazine in America, more than doubling the numbers of its nearest competitor.
Other brands on Campaign's list include Financial Times, The Economist, CNN, Time, Google, and MTV.
Campaign is the UK's top-selling advertising magazine and is widely recognized as "the bible of the industry" in Europe.
