A|X ARMANI EXCHANGE TEAMS WITH STUFF MAGAZINE TO CREATE THE FIRST ANNUAL "BEACHDANCE" SERIES
Five-City Promotion To Launch At Winter Music Conference In Miami

New York, NY (March 14, 2003) A|X Armani Exchange, the fashion voice of urban youth, will partner with Stuff magazine, the second largest magazine in the men's lifestyle category, to create the first annual BeachDance series a five-city promotion that will meld the worlds of music and fashion. Each of the five events around the country will feature beach-themed parties, and live performances by some of the top DJs in the world, spinning hip and sexy dance music to a crowd of celebrities and trendsetters.

The series will launch in Miami during this year's Winter Music Conference, the premiere gathering of the world's DJ/dance music industry, with a massive eight-hour party on Friday, March 21st at Nikki Beach. From 2 p.m. until 10 p.m., five thousand guests are expected to converge on the event. Members of the general public will be able to rub elbows with celebrities and VIPs from the realms of music and fashion.

At the inaugural Miami event, Stuff will also help Armani Exchange launch A|X Music's Armani Exchange BeachDance 2003, a sexy DJ compilation of sensual beach grooves done in conjunction with Astralwerks/NakedMusic Recordings and exclusively for the brand. The CD will feature Astralwerks/NakedMusic recording artists including Miguel Migs, Lisa Shaw and Aquanote. The A|X BeachDance 2003 CD will be available in stores nationwide and online in April.

The BeachDance Series will then make stops in the following cities, with a projected 800 people attending each event: San Francisco (May 31st), Los Angeles (June 5), Chicago (June 14) and New York (June 19).

"This first annual BeachDance series will fuse the world's hottest music into the world's two hottest brands: Stuff and Armani Exchange," said Aric Webb, associate publisher of Stuff. "We're thrilled to be working with Armani Exchange, and to have the opportunity to bring these high-caliber events around the country."
