Maxim provides free video programming on-demand to Internet users via MSN's video streaming service. Maxim screen savers and wallpapers were the wireless industry's first to go platinum - Sprint PCS Vision customers have purchased more than one million of them and total Maxim mobile downloads for the first quarter 2005 exceeded 1 million.
Under the Dennis Digital banner, the web sites of Dennis Publishing's very successful music magazine Blender (www.blender.com) and news publication The Week (www.theweekmagazine.com) will be built-out and the various mobile opportunities realized.

Roger Munford, who is presently the general manager of Maxim Online, will have his responsibilities expanded and is being named general manager of Dennis Digital.
"All our magazines have very involved readerships and clearly defined brand concepts," says Colvin. "Dennis Digital will capitalize on these strengths by delivering top-notch product and content, while expanding its marketing prowess."
"Dennis has developed the world's leading brands for 18-34 year old men, and with Blender and The Week it has two of the most innovative magazines launched in decades, " said Anderman.
